Espresso Brownies

 

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Chocolate
  • 2 oz espresso or really strong coffee
  • 1 lb Butter
  • 1 lb Sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • Splash of Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt

 

METHOD

  • Melt together the chocolate
  • In a big bowl whisk together the sugar and eggs and mix a splash of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  • Then add chocolate and butter.
  • Whisk in the flour.
  • Grab 2 ½ sheet pans and line with foil and spray with cooking oil.
  • Bake no fan for 45 minutes.
  • Rotate after 22 minutes.
  • Place in fridge while hot.
