
Espresso Brownies

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Chocolate
- 2 oz espresso or really strong coffee
- 1 lb Butter
- 1 lb Sugar
- 8 eggs
- Splash of Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
METHOD
- Melt together the chocolate
- In a big bowl whisk together the sugar and eggs and mix a splash of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Then add chocolate and butter.
- Whisk in the flour.
- Grab 2 ½ sheet pans and line with foil and spray with cooking oil.
- Bake no fan for 45 minutes.
- Rotate after 22 minutes.
- Place in fridge while hot.
