We look forward to hosting you at the Estate and ask for your understanding and compliance with our new set of safety guidelines. We want your experience to be relaxing, educational and fun. RESERVATIONS
➢ Reservations will be managed to allow for physical distancing between parties.
➢ Parties are not to exceed 6 guests at a time and tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
➢ Credit card information will be collected prior to arrival for contact-less payments.
GUESTS ARRIVAL
➢ You will be greeted outside our lobby by the rocking chairs prior to your experience.
➢ Always stay with your host, refrain from entering the lobby or moving about unaccompanied.
➢ Face coverings will be required by all guests, this includes tours, restrooms and exiting.
➢ Restrooms are accessible on the south side of the building.
➢ While at the estate, all parties are asked to maintain physical distancing of 6 feet.
➢ We will start your experience once your entire group arrives.
TOURS
➢ We kindly ask while on your tour to please refrain from touching doors and surfaces.
➢ Our staff will always use the stairs allowing your party to use the elevator.
TASTING EXPERIENCE
➢ Face coverings can be removed only while tasting or seated at your table.
➢ To minimize physical contact, all wine flights will be pre-poured prior to guest seating.
➢ Please exit through the door by the restrooms and we will take any wine purchases to your car.
SAFETY, CLEANING AND SANITATION
The Estate has always followed the highest cleanliness and safety standards, and we hope to exceed your expectations. We are working in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the CDC, California Department of Public Health Restaurants Guidance, and local health authorities as outlined below.
➢ All staff will be wearing personal face coverings.
➢ Hand sanitizer will be available at multiple locations throughout the estate.
➢ Tasting areas will be disinfected before and after each tasting appointment.
➢ Tables will be immediately cleared upon guest departure and all will be washed in our commercial, high temperature glass washer and dishwasher.
➢ High contact surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day.
For the safety of our staff and others, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation if you or anyone in your group is not feeling well.
