Event Details

Dress attire: Wine Country Casual (bring your dancing shoes!)

Time: 10am – 2pm

Parking: We recommend hiring a driver as parking is limited.

Food Allergies: All food stations will have signs listing any common food allergies.

Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to event full refunds will be given. Less then 30 days prior to event full refunds will only be given if we are able to fill the seats from our waiting list.

How To Purchase

On your specific Tickets On Sale Date, you will get an email with a specific link to request tickets. We will process tickets only through that email to make sure we take care of all requests on a first come first serve basis.

* Max 4 tickets can be secured at release, any additional ticket requests will be added to a waiting list) this is to allow for as many members to attend the event as possible.

* To secure tickets, your membership must be active and in good standing (you must take all of your shipments for the year)

* If the event sells out, we may not release tickets on your scheduled release day.

* If your membership benefit gives you complimentary tickets, please remember that complimentary does not mean guaranteed.
